Body Image Post Pregnancy
Pippa Best just wrote us from England with information about their latest project: Love Mum-Body – asking mums to share images of the parts of their bodies that have changed since becoming a mother.
You can take pictures of the real thing, or mold your body in any form and share a photo in the web gallery. There are some really powerful images up there already, and they’ll be adding to this via responses created at real-life Make Dates, and their next twitter Make Date… We’re also featuring guest blogs from mums on the same theme. Why don’t you take a look and send along your contribution of art, photography or blog content.
It looks really cool.

Thanks so much for sharing this! Already the project’s proving very inspiring personally – in terms of my relationship with my own changing mum-body. Such bravery, beauty and insights in the images and guest posts, reminding us that our mama-bodies are miraculous and we are so much more than most media says we should be. Hope to see yours soon…!
